Vichy Laboratoires Wins Allure and Fitness Magazine Beauty Awards
Vichy Laboratoires is pleased to announce that two of its recently launched products were named winners in the 2011 Allure Best of Beauty Awards and Fitness Beauty Awards, appearing in the October 2011 issues.
Allure magazine featured over 236 beauty products as winners across a number of categories, including eyes, lips, skin, nails, hair and more. Winners were selected by Allure’s beauty editors and panel of industry leaders, who reviewed and tested thousands of products before narrowing down their top picks to showcase in this coveted annual feature. The winning products, including the Vichy Normaderm Triple Action Anti-Acne Hydrating Lotion, were honored by Allure at an awards ceremony last Thursday night at New York’s Jazz at Lincoln Center.
Fitness magazine, powered by a panel of dermatologists, narrowed down 1,162 of this year’s newest creams, cleansers and more to 300 finalists. These finalists were then distributed to reader testers, who tried each product and rated each on a variety of factors including texture, scent and effectiveness. Fitness awarded the 60 first place champions, including the Vichy Capital Soleil Soft Sheer Sunscreen Lotion SPF 60, across a broad range of categories including makeup, hair, face, body and sun care.
